Terms of Service for PostPoint

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

PostPoint provides pickleball coaching content — including drills, practice sessions, and strategy recommendations — generated and adapted based on the information you provide. The Service is for general informational and training purposes only.

PostPoint is not a medical provider, and the Service does not provide medical advice. Pickleball involves physical activity and a risk of injury. You are responsible for exercising within your limits, warming up appropriately, and stopping if you feel pain. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new physical activity. You participate at your own risk.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through Apple’s App Store under Apple’s terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

The Service, including its content, drills, design, and software, is owned by PostPoint and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular improvement in your play.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPoint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including any injury sustained while following its recommendations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
